RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to make a return or EXCHANGE
To start a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.
FAQs
How long will it take to receive my refund? Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item/s.
Do you charge shipping or restocking fees? No, we waive all shipping fees and restocking fees.
Can I make an Exchange? Yes, you can exchange your item for an item of equal or lesser value. If you new item costs less we will reimburse your for the remaining funds. Follow the same steps as a return, just specify what items you want to order.
I received a damaged product. How do I return it? If you received a damaged or defective product, please send us a photo in your return request email. That will ensure we can approve your return.
What if my return is lost in the mail? Returns are processed once the product arrives. In the event that you shipped the item and it was received by the shipping service, and it hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the predicted arrival time, please contact us so we can refund you.
